Pepsico Tickets Fore Charity

St. Augustine Youth Services is a proud participant in the Pepsico TICKETS Fore CHARITY campaign, selling tickets to the Winn-Dixie Jacksonville OPEN and receiving 100 percent of the ticket proceeds.

The tournament is the first Nationwide Tour to come to the First Coast and features the PGA TOUR stars of tomorrow. The 25 leading money winners at year-end will earn PGA TOUR status for 2011.

The tournament is October 18-24 and takes place on the challenging Dye’s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass.Weekly grounds tickets are just $25 each or $200 for a pack of 10. To order your tickets and designate all the proceeds to CHS, click here.

Simply Special Catering and “Elegance Contained” Gourmet Picnics & Box Lunches will host a Grand Opening party on Thursday, April 22nd, from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. in the Sala and Courtyard at the Government House on St George Street. The invitation-only event (this newsletter serves as an invitation) will feature hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and music by local performer Elizabeth Roth. SAYS Strikes Gold with Blue Water Jewelers!

Blue Water Jewelers is opening a new location on Anastasia Island, in the former Bank of America

building at 500 Anastasia Blvd. As part of their grand opening festivities, Blue Water Jewelers will pay top dollar for your old gold, and support SAYS at the same time by donating an additional 20% of the amount of each sale. Clean out your jewelry box and bring your old, broken, unwanted gold to Blue Water’s new location between April 15th and April 30th. You’ll pick up some extra cash for yourself and help Blue Water Jewelers support St. Augustine Youth Services. Truly a win-win situation!


WINE & FOOD TASTING

The Flagler Model Land Group will host a Wine and Food Tasting event

and silent auction at Opus 39 Bakery, located at 391⁄2 Cordova Street, on Sunday, April 18th, from 4-7 p.m. Tickets for the event must be purchased in advance, and are available at Opus 39 Bakery and Mullet Beach Gallery, 51 Cordova Street. All proceeds from the event will benefit SAYS.


RIDE AGAINST CHILD ABUSE

The 7th Annual Ride Against Child Abuse will be held on Sunday,

April 25th, beginning at Arnold’s Lounge, 3912 North Ponce de Leon Blvd. Registration will begin at 9:30 A.M. The route will include 3-4 stops and then return to Arnold’s for a barbecue, buffet, auction and music.
